1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The product was purchased directly from Abdul Rahim LLC.
- The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and promotional items included in the original shipment are returned.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Downloadable software, digital products, or gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@abdulrahimllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and all original accessories.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
Important: Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item or a different product:
- Follow the return process outlined above.
- Once we receive and approve your return, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
- Any difference in price will be adjusted at the time of the new purchase.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

- We may request additional information to verify the defect.
- Upon approval, we will provide a replacement product or process a full refund, including shipping costs.
Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
